How do I know my booking is confirmed?
After you send the request, an operator checks the dates and confirms your booking. You can call us every day 8:00–22:00.
Can I extend my rental?
Extensions and other changes are agreed with us in writing, before the agreed rental period ends.
Can I cancel my booking?
Yes, cancellation is free up to 24 hours before pick-up.
How do I pay for the rental and the deposit?
You pay for the rental at pick-up, no advance payment is needed. The deposit can be left in cash, by debit or credit card; a cash deposit is returned right after the car is returned without damage, and a card deposit is released within 7 working days. Companies can also pay by bank transfer.
Do you deliver the car to an address?
Yes, you can pick up and return the car at an address in Belgrade; choose the address in the booking form.
Can I pick up the car outside working hours?
Yes, for a surcharge according to the price list; the amount is shown in the form as soon as you choose the time.
